My name is Kim and I have been in the Hair, Barbering and Beauty Industry for over 20 years.

After leaving school, I did a teaching degree and following on from that, I trained in the Hair and Beauty industry. This enabled me to set up a Market Harborough salon and teach at Leicester College for 10 years.

After taking a short career break to raise my family, I set up my own teaching school. I am hugely driven and still working on the salon floor alongside teaching.

My area of expertise is creative long hair and of course, teaching new students and refreshers. At The Style Room I teach workshops, short courses, and regulated qualifications.
